11 Signs that a Person has Heart Problems

3. Pain that Spreads to the Arms

A by-product of angina, you will also feel pain your arms if you really have heart disease. This pain occurs simultaneously with all the previous symptoms, and will only stop if you take full rest. Usually arm pains are the ones initially experienced by women who are having heart attack. Instead of feeling chest discomfort, women’s bodies displace the pain into other parts of the body making it not look like a heart attack. So, if you are experiencing this without any valid reason, or without any reason at all, go talk to your doctor and have yourself checked.

4. Dizziness or Lightheadedness

Similar with nausea, feeling dizzy and lightheaded can be a symptom of having a heart disease. This is is medically explained through the flow of oxygenated-blood in the rain. If you are having problems with the heart and there are irregularities with your blood flow, there may be  tendency where blood would not be able to completely flow in your brain, causing feelings of dizziness and lightheadedness. If you feel like the rate of being dizzy is very unusual and is a persistent one, it is best to call the doctors. You might stumble down when things got worse.
