7. Snoring

This is the most common symptom that people will just took for granted. Snoring can be a normal part of one’s sleeping process. But do you know that there is something may be wrong when you are snoring? Well, yes. Because when you are snoring, your carotid arteries (arteries that links the heart to the brain) may thicken. This can cause total stop in your breathing, that will lead to loss of oxygen, and then death. This is medically termed as sleep apnea, which is a more serious sleep disorder.

 

8. Sweating

Excessive sweating can also be a symptom for a heart disease. This sweating is brought about by the nerves triggering your sweat glands becomes overly active which causes more perspiration than the usual. This unusual behavior of the nerves, again is related to the blood flow caused by some heart diseases. Be concerned if this excessive sweating occurs simultaneously with the body pains mentioned above.
