Urban planning and environmental planning, in our opinion, is really needed in the country. Great cities like New York and Paris have great urban set up (symmetrical avenues and well-planned zoning). Zoning have a lot to do with proper lay outing of highways, streets, and avenues. Poorly zoned major ways worsen traffic, and we are losing millions in potential income due to heavy traffic every day (and is estimated by JICA to rise to 6 billion everyday by 2020)!
